Rockway Oy's customer information is stored on servers maintained by subcontractors located within the EU. The level of security is very high, and our servers are protected against hacking and denial of service attacks. Access to and processing of stored personal data is controlled in accordance with good privacy practices.
WHO PROCESSES PERSONAL DATA?
Only Rockway Oy's own employees can access customer information. Our staff is trained to use information safely and responsibly.
We use known trusted partners and subcontractors when transferring information to a third party. Contractual agreements with partners and subcontractors have taken into account all legal requirements.

HOW LONG IS THE DATA STORED?
We will retain personal information only for the time necessary to fulfil the purposes for which the information was gathered. In addition, some information may be retained for a longer period of time if it is necessary to fulfil and demonstrate compliance with other statutory obligations. These responsibilities include, for example, accounting and consumer trading responsibilities.
Upon Customer's request, personal data relating to him/her may be removed or anonymised from Rockway Oy's systems, whereupon the information will no longer be used for the purposes listed in the description.
For some data, the law imposes obligations on the longer-term storage of data for purposes such as:

Rockway users have the rights to:

HOW CAN A USER AFFECT THE USE OF HIS OR HER INFORMATION?
Rockway Oy is committed to providing its users the possibility to influence the collection and use of their information.The user may decide on the marketing and information targeted to him or her. The user may also accept or reject receiving various marketing messages. The user may at any time request the removal of his / her user account and stored data from Rockway Oy. In some cases, not all information can be deleted, as the law may require that some of the user's information be kept.

WILL PERSONAL INFORMATION BE DISCLOSED TO THIRD PARTIES?
Rockway Oy may use the stored information with third parties for marketing and payment brokerage purposes.
